As a We Norwegian Customer, you must register with us. Only the information needed to go through with a purchase will be registered. You are responsible for registering the correct information regarding your personal data, e-mail, and phone number. We use your personal data to create your personal account, conduct your order, to contact you, and to confirm that you are of age.
Your registered data will be in our system as long as we need them to service you, and as long as we are legally bound to keep them. You can request an insight into your personal data in our system. In order to go through with your order and execute your delivery, your information must be shared with the third parties involved in the process. Nets administer the card payment and will require your card details. MyPack delivers the parcels to you.
An order confirmation will be sent to your given e-mail address and it can also be found on “My Page”.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your payment will be processed by Nets, a safe and user-friendly solution.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days. As soon as the parcel has been shipped you will find a tracking number on “My Page” and you will then be able to track your order on PostNord’s webpage.
Any questions you might have concerning your delivery can be directed to PostNord Customer Service on 09300.
Shipping within Norway will be conducted by PostNord Logistics AS. Your parcel can be claimed at a collection point near you. The collection points can typically be found in easily accessible grocery stores with long opening hours. You will be notified when your order has arrived at your collection point. Normally the delivery will take 3-5 working days.
Worldwide shipping will be conducted by DHL. Your parcel can be claimed at a collection point near you or at your home. Flatrate shipping cost of 20 dollars will be charged to all US customers.
PostNord will send notice when the parcel has arrived at the collection point. It will be sent a reminder 7 days prior to the first notice. If the parcel is still not claimed it will be returned to us.
If you do not claim your parcel you do not fulfil the demands of the Act of the Right to Repent (Angrerettloven) §11 and §13, and will lose the right to repent the purchase. You will be charged a fee of NOK 300,-. Claimed parcels which are returned with a Right of withdrawal-form will not be charged additionally.

Please note that you can only exchange an item for another size and colour of the same item. If you want to exchange the item for another item, your purchase will be credited and you can order a new product in the web shop.
An exchanged item, including labels, tags and package, must be returned in the original condition, unused and unwashed.
You will receive a pre-paid and pre-completed return label. Disclose a copy of the order confirmation in the parcel of returned goods.
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after you have claimed your purchases. If you do not wish to keep your item(s) we must be notified within this time frame. E-mail the right of withdrawal-form and the order confirmation to Costumer Service. You will receive a pre-paid and pre-completed return label.
If you wish to return the item(s), the received payment from you will be refunded. Withdrawn and returned item(s), including labels, tags and packing, must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed. This is regulated by the Act on the Right to Repent.
After completing a purchase in our webshop you will receive an order confirmation and a right of withdrawal-form on e-mail. If the form is missing you can download it here. Print and complete the form before you disclose it in the parcel of returned items. Also disclose a copy of the order confirmation.
We Norwegians is conducted by the Consumer’s Law, which for textiles mean that you can complaint within 2 years after you claimed the item.
If you have a complaint regarding the item(s) you have purchased contact Customer Service. You will receive a pre-paid return label. If your complaint is accepted we will dispatch a new item to you free of charge. Should the case be that we do not accept the complaint, you will be contacted.
