Shipping and returns

Shipping 

We ship with DHL to EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs:

Orders up to 199,99EUR value - 20EUR is charged as shipping cost when placing order.

UK: Orders 400 GBP and over receives free shipping

Other European Countries:  500EUR and over receives free shipping

 

 

Exchange

You have a right to exchange unworn and unwashed products with original tags for a different size, colour or style within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
To make an exchange, please visit our Return Page to start your exchange. 

If you opted in to the Free Returns and Exchanges option at Checkout, you have unlimited FREE returns and exchanges. 

If you checked out and placed your order without the Free Returns and Exchanges-option, you can purchase your return label in our Return Portal. 

 

Returns 

You have a right to return unworn and unwashed products with original tags within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The return fee for a refund is 20 Euros. Please visit the Return Page to initiate your return. 

Items that show signs of wear, wash or any damages will not be refunded but returned back to the customer.

Please note, that undergarments and socks are not accepted for returns or exchange for sanitary reasons.

 

Warranty/Faulty items

To file a warranty claim, please contact customerservice@wenorwegians.com.

 

Delivery failure

In case of failure of delivery to you after two attempts, we will refund the amount paid for the items to you as soon as we receive the order back but we reserve the right to charge the transportation costs to you (this will be deducted from the amount being refunded). In case free shipping was applied, 20 EUR will be deducted from the refunded amount.
