Shipping 

We ship with DHL to EU countries and United Kingdom*.

Shipping costs:

Orders up to 199,99EUR value - 20EUR is charged as shipping cost when placing order.

Orders from 200EUR value - Free shipping

*Customer is responsible for paying tax and customs.

 

Exchange

You have a right to exchange unworn and unwashed products with original tags for a different size, colour or style within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
To make an exchange, please send the return item(s) to the address below together with the return form and place a new order. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.

If your new order doesn't include free shipping already, please feel free to contact customerservice@wenorwegians.com to get a discount code for free shipping. 

 

Returns 

You have a right to return unworn and unwashed products with original tags within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please send the return item to the address below together with the return form. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.

Once the items are received, we process the refund within 5 business days.

Items that show signs of wear, wash or any damages will not be refunded but returned back to the customer.

 

Please note, that underwear garments are not accepted for returns for hygienic reasons.

In case of reclamations, please contact customerservice@wenorwegians.com.

 

Delivery failure

In case of failure of delivery to you after two attempts, we will refund the amount paid for the items to you as soon as we receive the order back but we reserve the right to charge the transportation costs to you (this will be deducted from the amount being refunded). In case free shipping was applied, 20 EUR will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

To avoid duty and import costs on your behalf and to make the return process smoother for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow below procedure for returns:

  • Please enclose document and form that were attached in your order inside the return box.
  • We recommend using DHL as a courier for your return shipment.
