Shipping and returns

Shipping 

We ship with DHL to EU countries and United Kingdom*.

Shipping costs:

Orders up to 199,99EUR value - 20EUR is charged as shipping cost when placing order.

Orders from 200EUR value - Free shipping

*Please note that customer is responsible for paying applicable taxes and duties for the order.

 

Exchange

You have a right to exchange unworn and unwashed products with original tags for a different size, colour or style within 14 days of receiving the item(s).We offer free exchanges. To initiate your exchange, visit the Return Portal 

Returns 

You have a right to return unworn and unwashed products with original tags within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please initiate your return in the Return Portal The fee for a return for refund is 20 Euros

Once the items are received, we process the refund within 5 business days.

Items that show signs of wear, wash or any damages will not be refunded but returned back to the customer.

 

Please note, that undergarments and socks are not accepted for returns or exchange for hygienic reasons.

 

Warranty

If an item arrives damaged or in any other way faulty upon arrival, please contact customerservice@wenorwegians.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Delivery failure

In case of failure of delivery to you after two attempts, we will refund the amount paid for the items to you as soon as we receive the order back but we reserve the right to charge the transportation costs to you (this will be deducted from the amount being refunded).
